Food choices offered by RSVP form and guest count for each:

• burger: 278
• hotdog: 57
• veggie: 51
• b.y.o.: 12

• 42 cases (how many servings?) of soda
• 4 cases (600 servings) of apples

Entrées:

• beef patties: 336 (28 12-pack packages = 1.2 per person)
• hotdogs (1.2 per person RSVPing with that option)
• chicken breasts (not on RSVP form, should be added)
• potatoes (to make baked potatoes, for veggie RSVP option)
• Gardenburgers (or equivalent product, for veggie RSVP option)
• optional: other kinds of sausages, fish, turkey patties

(A standard beef patty is 0.25 lb.)

Side dishes and snacks:

• lettuce salad
• baked beans
• potato salad (mayonnaise-free to prevent food poisoning)
• maize chips
• other suggestions?

Desserts:

• 100--200 lb. watermelon
