The following policies have been approved by the Linux Picnic Steering Committee.

Maintaining order on mail lists and at meetings and events

The Steering Committee confirmed that the Picnic Coordinator is allowed to remove people from the mail list and/or event participation for misconduct or hindering volunteers. This specifically must not be used for disagreements, but is intended for obstructions to the event. Such actions must be reported to the Steering Committee, where they will have the option to review and change that action.
